Hong Kong Eats

Introduced to me by my cousins who often goes 1-2 times a week. This the usual combo I order, fish cake and beef brisket rice noodles. Fish cake is slightly too salty but otherwise really good. I prefer their beef broth over Kau Kee 九記 on Gough St in Central which is more salty and oily.

Been here once only but will definitely go back next time I'm in town. The egg waffle has a perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and soft inside,
